Thank you for shopping with Sha's Custom Designs LLC! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Full payment due at time of order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We ship via UPS and USPS within the United States only. Due to shipping cost, we may switch carriers from time to time to ensure you're getting the best rates. Shipping delays are beyond my control and may occur due to carrier issues.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
Flat Rate Shipping Some items may qualify for a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Domestic Orders Only We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
